Rakvere "Elustiilipäev" (Lifestyle Day) -"Rest is strength"
For the second year in a row, we were part of the organizing team behind Rakvere Elustiilipäev (Lifestyle Day), with Creativity responsible for the technical and content management of the hybrid conference. Our task was to ensure seamless event execution both on-site and online – from livestreaming solutions and speaker coordination to stage scheduling and technical production.
The result: a successfully executed event that reached participants regardless of their location, while delivering a cohesive experience both in the venue and behind the screen.
Rakvere Lifestyle Day is gaining momentum each year, and we’re proud to be a trusted partner of this growing event. We’re already looking forward to what next year will bring!
ERGO gala "Grow Together"
The concept we created was based on ERGO’s wish to offer guests an experience that aligned with their values and transported them away from the everyday world of insurance. We took ERGO employees out of their daily routine and into an entirely new world – the “Garden of Growth”, where we celebrated unity, team spirit, and inspiring achievements. The result was a celebration that received the best feedback to date and set a whole new standard and expectation for the year to come!
Katana Technology Christmas mingel 2024
We brought the Katana team together to share a moment of holiday spirit. The hybrid event connected people from around the world via Zoom, while the team at Katana’s Estonia office enjoyed the gathering on-site.
The evening featured a playful entrance through a “wardrobe,” a cocktail workshop, a photo quiz, and of course, a recognition ceremony – an important tradition for Katana.
Sorainen customer event 2024
A traditional client event at the Sorainen Law Firm office – 200 guests.
Sorainen was looking for an out-of-the-box solution from their new partner to surprise their clients at the annual terrace party. We created a mysterious salon party concept, where entry happened through a recognizable painting, and the celebration unfolded with unique experiences in every corner of the office.
The event received overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients and set a new benchmark for the year ahead.
Magnetic MRO Summer days 2024
Magnetic MRO Summer Day – 260 participants
Magnetic Group’s summer event took place in a festival-style setting and brought together a record number of attendees.
Since the event also marked Aviation Maintenance Technician Day, we challenged Magnetic employees to build quirky airplanes – a task that turned out to be much more demanding than it first appeared.
By evening, the festival crowd was dancing to live music from The Millennials Band and a DJ set by Jovani, flown in straight from Lithuania.
Participants named it the best summer day in years.
Katana Technology Summer days 2024
When Katana Technologies OÜ approached us with a request to create a truly out-of-the-box summer event, we took their input very seriously. Together with the team, we carefully analyzed all expectations and goals, and created a completely unique world for Katana’s 2024 summer days – the “Katanaverse.”
The Katanaverse vibe was felt throughout the entire summer week, starting with the “Welcome Mingle” at Botik and culminating in the main event at Club 9/11. The experience featured an unusual venue, distinctive face painting, an egg-throwing workshop, a hookah lounge, oysters, and of course, the Katanauts’ favorite – a dedicated spa area.
The event received the best feedback in years and gave our agency valuable insight into Katanauts’ culture for organizing future events.
